Well, much to say about how amazing Kim is when it comes to selling real estate.   Kim is highly professional, smart and she went beyond the call of duty to make it very easy for me to sell my house in a very complicated area and bad market.  She did her homework on the area, helped me with getting it ready for inspection, recommended easy decorating changes to help it show better.

During the course of selling a house there are always issues. Most agents simply react, which by definition means they are chasing the problem. Kim is proactive, effectively and efficiently dealing with every facet of the deal before it can cause stress.

She does this by being meticulously organized. During the course of selling our house I never once has to remind her of something she needed to deal with. In fact, she would gently remind me of action items well before they could become problems.
